Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return policy is only eligible if the products are damaged when customers first recieve the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at legoutderaf@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will verify that the item(s) was not worn and the packaging seal is intact. A customer service representative will then email you for confirming that your correct item(s) has shipped.
WRONG ITEM(S) ORDERED
ALL returns and exchanges (except for defective or wrong items shipped) fees for shipping & handling are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the invoice date.
If you ordered the wrong item(s) and would like to exchange it, we will be glad to send out a replacement for the original item(s) purchased. If the item is of a higher value, we will charge the difference. In the case where the item(s) is of a lower value, you will be credited. If the item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified via email and will have the option of 1.) substitute the item(s) or 2.) receive a full refund for that item.
Once we receive the returned item(s), a customer service representative will email you confirming that your replacement item(s) is ready to ship.
You will be charged shipping costs. Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your item(s) have shipped.
